2. The service
We provide entertainment software and related information online. Some games may include optional rewarded video ads. We do not currently offer in-app purchases in our mini games unless a specific product says otherwise.

If a game runs inside another platform (for example TikTok), that platform’s terms and privacy policy also apply.

Optional rewarded ads may be offered for in-game benefits. Rewards are granted only when the platform reports that the ad was completed.

All rights in our games, brands, text, and visuals remain with NEXUS LABS GROUP LTD or our licensors. “Nexus Games” is used as our games label.

The website and games are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
